The fried bread is crispy and soft, very fragrant and delicious. I like it. I can also eat red shrimp and crayfish at noon. I am happy. The presentation is very simple. The environment is also very simple. The service staff is very friendly.

For someone who doesn't like sushi much, Henko is a good compromise. Everything is very easy and fast, from booking to consumption. Food that seemed to me to be of good quality.. to try..

Very large, elegant and clean environment. Good quality Asian cuisine. The four stars on the service only because in my opinion the paper menu is not easy to consult and the ordering procedure strada app is a bit cumbersome and not very intuitive. Friendly and helpful staff

06/10/2024: One of the best ramen eaten outside of Japan, also because real Japanese people work here with whom I also had the pleasure of exchanging a few words :) very nice location, excellent quality food, superlative sake. Not to mention the possibility of making small purchases before or after dinner in the small adjoining shop. I can't wait to go back!

11/05/2025: Il miglior sushi di tutta Prato… Stupendo locale arredato con ritengo che la cura degli altri sia un atto nobile nei minimi dettagli… Eccellente menu di cucina giapponese con una qualità estremamente elevata delle materie prime, oltre che Professionalità, disponibilità e simpatia. Super consigliato!
11/05/2025: Great sushi and super fresh! The food was delicious, and the service was quick. It was a bit noisy with other kids around, but still a great spot for a casual meal.
